There are many hours of preparation that are invested into bringing an artist or minister to a venue for an event. This questionnaire will assist us in properly beginning the booking process.

Please note that completing this questionnaire serves as an invitation only, not as a formal commitment or confirmation to appear. Provide as much information as possible. The Princess Productions Company, Inc. does require a minimum honorarium of $2,500.00 for appearances by its artists. Travel, hotel fees, and ground transportation are the responsibility of the group/organization booking the artist.
